HAS -IKAR HAS auto-controlled descent device

The IKAR HAS auto-controlled descent device range is a reliable solution for fall protection when working at heights, especially when third-party rescue is not feasible or escape rescue becomes necessary in emergency situations such as fire or explosion. The device features an aluminum housing and galvanized steel rope lifeline, providing durability and strength. During normal use, the user can move freely within the working area without having to work against brake resistance, and in case of a fall, the user is safely descended at a controlled speed. The device has a nominal load of 136Kg, a proof load EN 341 of 170Kg, and a maximum descent speed of 0.5m/s. The steel rope diameter is Ø 4.8mm, and the standard is EN 341:2011/1C. When the fall indicator on the connector is visible, it means that the device has been used in a controlled descent and needs to be returned to an IKAR service agent for servicing. The HAS auto-controlled descent device range is available in three weight options of 5, 11, and 17 Kg, ensuring the perfect fit for different applications.
