L=21dB. Directions of use: Attach adapters to each side of the
helmet by sliding them into the slots, each earmuff into its
adapter by sliding the earmuff housing down into the adapter and
place the hard hat on the head and adjust the earmuffs by sliding
the cups up and down, Usage: Administration, Agriculture,
Aviation, Chemical industries, Iron & Steel industry, Wood
Industries etc. Care & Cleaning Instructions: Clean the outside
of the earmuff regularly with soap and lukewarm water. Do not
store the earmuff in temperatures above 130 degree celsius.
Earmuffs must be regularly inspected for cracked or worn parts
and replaced as needed. This product contains metallic components
that may increase electricity hazards. Replace ear cushions and
foam inserts every 6-8 months under normal wear, every 3 months
with heavy use or in humid/extreme climates. Also, please refere
to CSA-standard Z94.1 on industrial protective head wear.
Important: For the optimum protection, ear cushions should seal
firmly against the head. Anything that can influence the seal
such as long hair, thick or poorly fitting eye glass temples,
pencils, or caps, will lessen the protection. Do not bend and
reshape the headband as this will lead to loose fit and sound
leakage. Note: If these recommendations are not followed, both
attenuation and function may be impaired.
