The leg pad's ergonomically perfect design follows the movement line where the legs meet the buttocks. As a result, the joint's range of motion is unrestricted, and if it catches or hangs in the harness, an optimal load removal of the catch impact into the buttocks is guaranteed. Additionally, the shape padding lessens a feeling of restriction and subsequent pressure through the seat-area belt straps. The leg cushion's strong, air-permeable construction prevents body weld formation at the support and guarantees delicate drying.

The leg cushion's low weight offers good wearing comfort due to the use of modern and high quality materials. The leg pad is simply attached to the leg straps of the IKAR harnesses using four hook-and-loop connectors.
