The Speakman SPV-SS Scald Protection Valve is engineered to regulate water temperature when it rises above a specific level. When water rises above 98° F, the valve activates and prevents the equipment from delivering scalding water. Features a stainless steel construction for superior quality.

1/2" Scald Prevention Valve keeps water temperature below 95°F by bleeding off overheated water. Installs easily with a basic pipe wrench (pipe fittings not included). 1.13"-dia. x 4.50"L.
